Habakkuk

Habakkuk is written as a conversation with God. The prophet complains that God tolerates violence in Judah, and God answers that the Babylonians are coming, which Habakkuk protests is a cure worse than the disease. He receives no explanation, only an instruction to wait and to live by faith.
