Malachi

Malachi is structured around six disputes, each opening with an objection — "How have You loved us?", "How have we despised Your name?", "How do we rob You?". The complaints are about worship gone cynical: crippled animals on the altar, priests bored by their own work, marriages broken, tithes withheld.
