Athanasius lists the books of the Bible

Each year the bishop of Alexandria wrote to the churches of Egypt to announce the date of Easter. In his letter for 367, Athanasius used the occasion to set out which books the church received as Scripture. His New Testament list is the earliest to name exactly the twenty-seven books now in every Christian Bible.
